Why FCA Sports is Growing in Northwest Wisconsin

FCA Sports exists to create Christ-centered environments where every athlete can compete with purpose, grow in character, and encounter Jesus through coaches and mentors who model His love. God is clearly moving in our region—opening doors through schools, clubs, and local families—and we believe now is the time to build sustainable pathways for long-term sports discipleship.

The Road Ahead

1–3–5 Year Vision

Year 1 Vision

Foundation & Launch
- Establish two FCA sports leagues (Youth Soccer / Futsal) with healthy volunteer pipelines
- Strengthen the Regional Volleyball Club using Badger Region standards and discipleship rhythms
- Recruit and train club coaches, assistant coaches, and character coaches
- Build partnerships with local schools, churches, and camp facilities for indoor winter space
- Grow monthly ministry partners to fuel sustainable expansion
- Continue guiding athletes into discipleship, identity in Christ, and leadership growth

Year 3 Vision

Expansion & Multiplication
- Launch additional FCA clubs (volleyball expansion, youth basketball, wrestling club, and others as leadership emerges)
- Develop a consistent yearly rhythm of seasonal leagues across multiple communities
- Add administrative support staff (10–15 hours/week)
- Establish a robust pipeline of certified volunteer coaches through FCA’s onboarding process
- Form local ministry hubs in surrounding towns
- See a growing number of student-athletes step into personal discipleship and leadership roles

Regional Impact & Long-Term Growth
- Operate a regional network of FCA Sports clubs, leagues, and seasonal programs, serving hundreds of families
- Employ a multi-staff team providing leadership across multiple sports
- Establish a healthy annual rhythm of camps, leadership retreats, and training intensives
- Equip a generation of athletes to become spiritual influencers in schools, colleges, and communities
- Develop a sustainable model that ensures FCA Sports remains a strong Christ-centered presence for decades to come
- Secure a long-term partnership—or take first steps toward developing—a dedicated indoor–outdoor sports complex that can serve athletes year-round and anchor the ministry’s future

- God is actively providing workers for the harvest, raising up staff and volunteers across Wisconsin
- Our local FCA Sports team is growing quickly, with new roles emerging in coaching, discipleship, administration, and club leadership
- FCA Wisconsin’s state staff network provides training, mentorship, and support for every worker God calls into the mission
- We are always praying for men and women ready to take a leap of faith, trust God’s provision, and step into full-time or part-time ministry roles
